Malfunctioned after a while

We loved this game for the two months it worked. We bought the full version and it was wonderful.
Until it stopped working. We tried restarting the phone, trying the game on our other devices and even deleting it and starting over (which only gave us the demo version and didnt remember we had purchased the full) and nothing works. Very disappointed.
